Notes
1) Regular Registration: Submit a full paper to publish and present at the conference.
2) Student author:Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author).
3) Additional paper: Extra papers submitted by the same author, excluding the first paper.
4) Additional Page: If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages should be paid at 50USD(300RMB)/page.
5) Presenter: Only submit abstract to present at the conference.
6) Listeners: Only attend the conference, without publication.

作者身份参会： 审稿后文章被EIECC 2023录用，并在会议现场发表演讲，口头报告和海报报告展示均可接受。请投稿全文。
As a Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on EIECC 2023, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. The abstract is necessary to submit.
报告者身份参会： 在EIECC 2023会议上进行口头报告或海报展示，口头报告摘要不出版。
As Listener, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentations nor having papers published.
听众身份参会： 出席并参加EIECC 2023, 并可全程旁听会议所有展示报告。
